Hi, I just bought a Launch x431 PAD, register the unit, download and install the software. Tested in many cars and works well but after a few days when I try to open a software, tested earlier, now I receive the next message: "Please Contact with dealer!", This machine have Windows 7 and the only way to make it work again is deleting the specific Car Brand folder in D:\Mycar\Diagnostic\Vehicles... and then start "one-click update", select the Car Brand again, download and install. Now the specific car brand software works again without any issues. I know isn't only my problem, I saw many people with the same problem in other forums but no one have a solution for this issue. I tried to contact Launch support but without success...
