I can't access the engine module on my Jeep

I have bought a new X431 Pro I am having a sight Problem with the following car
 
Vehicle Info:    Jeep Grand Cherokee
Year Model:     2003
Engine Type:    2.7 TDi
 
The problem I'm having is that I can't access this vehicles engine control modules. I can't reset engine lights and I can't do system checks on the engine.
 
I have tried going in thru the "Chrysler" and " OBD" pathways.
 
I can access all body, gearbox, etc. systems, I just can't get into the engine.
 
can someone please help.

Please make sure you have complete the product activation registration process to download the latest version of the Chrysler software.

Your unit may have the older previous version of the software loaded from the factory.

In order to make an accurate recommendation please supply the actual serial number for this unit.
