Ok, I've had the 123 for a while.  I used to update files by going to a page, and downloading the individual files by manufacturer.   I then used the update tool to upload those files to my SD card. Well, my scanner got a busted screen, and it took a while to get repaired/come back etc....   Since recieving my scan tool, I've noticed that the update software has changed.  When I downloaded the updater from the launtechusa site, it asks for language, and serial number.  After inputing the serial number, the restore button and the update button light up.   I can use the restore feature fine, but when I click update it says "request failed"   I've tried removing and reinstalling the updater, but nothing seems to work.... Please Help!   I love this tool and have persuaded many of my coworkers to buy thier own Launch scanner, but this is frustrating!   furious
