New here. hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I've had my x431-v for just shy of a year and its been fairly flawless.
the other day i updated and there were a dozen or so updates available.
they all installed perfectly except AUDI. it downloaded fine but would get stuck during the install.
tried to update to Audi V27.50 from V27.11 . the software downloads then starts to install but never finishes.
I tried to update to the older version (V27.11) but i had the same problem.
all other updates installed just fine.
I even deleated all vehicles and updated again. same thing. all of them installed fine except Audi.
of course we are a european shop so Audi is really important for me on a daily basis.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
