launch scan pad 071 won't power on

Yesterday our scanpad was fully charged.  While using it it froze up so we powered it off and now it won't power on.  Anyone have this issue?  Any suggestions as to what to do?

I just had this issue. Call support and they have a couple of tho he to start with. I ended up shipping mine to them.
