November 2012. Shouldn't take this long to install the driver and the software. Zip file, as above comments, is corrupt. Surely this is fixed by now. Any solutions? Using Windows XP. Will call the company on Monday.
I contacted the Canadian Mississauga office and they were very helpful. (Thanks to James in tech support.) The driver for the OBD Book 6830 can be uploaded from the website:
http://mactools.launchtechusa.com/
You can then upload the latest software revision (www.creader.com) and connect the OBDBook to your computer. Start the Lauch software and perform the upgrade. However, it shouldn't take this much effort on behalf of the customer to get the proper driver in the first place. Update your web content Launch!
