None of these features work! We need instructions on how to enable these features! Printing is far more important to me than all the other ones, but it would be nice if they worked! The wireless printer connection process can never find our printer but I can print from an app supplied by the printer manufacturer, if I can find where the file I want to print is stored! We need a data manager where all screen shots, recordings and reports are stored for easy retrieval. We shouldn't have to spend minutes trying to find something we want to print!
Please!!! get the features working for us! This could be a very good scanner if everything worked as advertised. How about some instructional videos put on you tube so all can view and learn.
Vin scan and history now working! Actually, vinscan may of always been working but I didn't know how it was supposed to work. I thought you were supposed to actually scan the vin but in reality, the tool just connects to the vehicle and scans for the information. That may be why some people have been having trouble with it as not all vehicles support this type of scan.
History is also working now. The tool is storing all vehicles I'm working on and restoring a session is very easy. Good job Launch! Now get the printing sorted out or publish instructions on how to make it function correctly and I will be a happy camper.

Agreed, this is a huge issue! I can print to my HP Deskjet 3630 wireless from the hardware unit but cannot print anything from the maximus program, the launch wireless printer setup refuses to identify my printer or any of the other 3 in the shop. This is really not ok, writing down dtc's by hand for 9 modules is beyond irritating with the print icon sitting uselessly beneath.
