My creader 6 stopped working.Its not lighting up and the screen isn't turning on. Its NEVER done this before. can someone please help me figure out how to fix it. It is a CREADER VI OB DII/EOBD. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

The driver for the creader 6 that comes with the update does not seem to install properly. Launch has made a step by step video showing you how to manualy install it here. I figured this might help some of you out there trying to update their reader!
